No President Has Prioritized Airport Development More Than Mahama – Dormaahene

The Paramount Chief of the Dormaa Traditional Area, Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyeman Badu II, has commended John Dramani Mahama for what he described as an unmatched commitment to airport development across Ghana.

According to the traditional ruler, for a very long time he has not witnessed any President in the country place as much priority on the expansion and development of airports as President Mahama.

He made the remarks in relation to ongoing efforts to establish a new airport in Sunyani, a project expected to significantly improve air transport connectivity in the middle belt of the country.

Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyeman Badu II noted that enhanced aviation infrastructure would not only make travel more convenient but also open up the Bono Region to greater economic opportunities, including trade, tourism and investment.

He expressed optimism that the proposed airport project would accelerate development in the region and strengthen its role as an important commercial and administrative hub.
